CRITERIA

(a) Must be a TCA Member.

(b) If selected and not a member, opportunity to join is presented immediately.

(c) Must be under the age of 35.

(d) Has shown exemplary leadership within their company and/or the construction industry.

(e) Has shown significant involvement in industry and/or the association.

(f) Works towards the promotion and advancement of the construction industry.

(g) Has taken on progressively more responsibility, clearly underlining that they are a “rising star” – a major asset of your company/organization.
