The TCA/Reed Construction Data Physical Plans Room (PhyPR) is a location for contractors and suppliers to view construction drawings & specifications out for tender. With over 140 years of experience, up to date addendum processing during the tendering period and project procurement & enquiry service; it is an advantage that every company should gain for themselves.

The Physical Plans Room PhyPR service is an additional subscription and only available to TCA Basic Members. We have two PhyPR locations, one in Mississauga (Mon-Fri 8:15 am to 5:00 pm) and one in Richmond Hill (Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Additional service subscribers will:

• Receive a projects list two times in a week by email.
• Be able to borrow tender documents out at the end of the day. Drawings must be returned the next working day - first thing in the morning. For your convenience, we have drop-off facilities from outside of the building.
• Be able to make photocopies with the purchase of a copy card.
• Be able to print drawings at a minimal fee.
• Have access to other associations projects list (on display).
